To opt out of the sale of your Personal Information, please complete the information below.

Please note that we may send a verification email to the email address you provided. This may take up to three (3) business days. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email. You will then have three (3) business days to accurately respond to the email or your request will expire. If you do not confirm your request or your request expires, you will need to submit another opt out request.

Please note that we reserve the right to confirm your residence and your identity to process your requests. As part of this process, government identification may be required. Consistent with the law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To do so, you must send your request to privacy@buildertrendcom.kinsta.cloud and include the following information: 1) a valid power of attorney; 2) the requester’s valid government-issued identification; and 3) the authorized agent’s valid government-issued identification.

We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it. We may contact you for additional information once your request has been received.

After we process your request to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information, you may still receive emails, communications and/or advertising regarding our products and services. We may deliver advertising to a general audience on websites, mobile applications, and connected device applications that relates to our products and services.
